Do you have experience in import/export and thrive on bringing in new clients? Then we have the perfect job for you! NVO Consolidation is looking for an enthusiastic Outside Sales to join our teams in Hamburg and Bremen as soon as possible.

What will you do?
As an Outside Sales representative, you will be the face of NVO Consolidation for our clients and prospects. Your daily tasks involve building and maintaining relationships, spotting opportunities, and closing deals. In practice, this means:

• Actively approaching new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones.
• Preparing and following up on impressive quotes.
• Managing and keeping our CRM system up to date.
• Maintaining contact with agents, shipping lines, and carriers to provide the best solutions.
• Collaborating closely with the operations team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

What do you bring?
We are looking for someone who loves a challenge and has a strong drive to succeed! Ideally, you have:

• Proven experience in import/export. Experience with groupage and/or an operational background is a plus!
• Commercial insight, perseverance, and a winning mentality.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• A flexible mindset – no two days are the same in logistics!
